I'm so glad you're here
Growing up in chaotic household where you had to take care of your parents can leave you feeling responsible for everyone around you. It leaves you seeking external validation to define your worth including hustling until you've reached burnout. You struggle with having reciprocal relationships and friendships. You've reached all the milestones, but still feel unhappy and unsatisfied. You are always striving for more. I'm here to remind you that your worth is not based off of how much you can accomplish in life. You are inherently worthy for being a human being.
As we work together, you will learn to teach others how you want and deserve to be treated [boundaries]. You will no longer abandon your inner child by always being there for everyone else. You will begin to find the balance between hustle and relaxation without feeling guilty or shaming yourself for not doing enough. You will begin to thrive rather than survive this life. You will begin to tell yourself, "I am good enough. I am worthy. I am deserving of fun and rest. I love all of the parts of me."
My educational background includes: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix 2014, Addiction Studies Certificate from Eastern Washington University in 2015, Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018.
I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Washington. I work with associate therapists who are pursuing licensure and completing their supervision hours. Please note I can only work with individuals that live in Washington State.
I only accept Premera insurance, but I also work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, you can use this link:
